Trip Information Climb Kilimanjaro with Adventure Dynamics. We have been leading and guiding trips up Kilimanjaro for over 20 years and our knowledge, expertise and professional staff make our expeditions a wonderful experience. This gives us the opportunity to impart the knowledge and service necessary to make this an unforgettable expedition. Climb Kilimanjaro – it is more than just climbing the highest mountain in Africa. It’s about an adventure with a group of people to achieve a common goal and dream. It’s about pushing your mind and body to new limits in a strange and exciting place. We offer all routes on the mountain, including Machame, Rongai, Lemosho, Marangu, Pofu and Umbwe/Machame routes. We have climbed the mountain numerous times and can offer you expert advice! On booking you will be sent a training programme designed for success on mountains. This should be started at least 6 weeks before departure. The training program is necessary for several reasons: It maximises your chances for success when you climb Kilimanjaro with us. It provides the opportunity for clients in their respective areas to meet each other.It provides time to mentally and physically prepare for the climb ahead. Standard package includes: Two nights’ accommodation at a two star lodge in Moshi Town, on a dinner, bed and continental breakfast basis. Sharing accommodation. Experienced Tanzanian guides on the mountain. All porters, park fees, accommodation on the mountain. All meals. Mountain rescue while doing the climb. 2 airport transfers from KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (JRO). But more importantly, at no extra cost you have access to: A training programme designed by Adventure Dynamics. Access to Adventure Dynamics staff for expertise and recommendations. Discount at selected retailers on equipment purchased Gear rental option. Standard Package excludes: International airfare. Visas, insurance, inoculations. Tips for Tanzanian guides. Drinks, personal items, hospitalisation and evacuation from Tanzania if required. Any requested additional days on the mountain. Any unforeseeable increase in Park permit and entrance fees, camping fees and/or any other associated park and government fees. Yellow Fever certificate. Any additional hotel nights needed. The premium package includes all the items specified under inclusions for the standard package plus: Experienced Adventure Dynamics Guide. Full support, porters and porta-loo toilet. Two nights’ accommodation at a luxury five-star mountain lodge. Sharing accommodation. Free gear rental of items that you personally do not have.(NOTE: Although there will be no charge for the gear you may need for your trip, we will need a deposit to cover the replacement cost of any items not returned, or damaged beyond further use). Tips for the Tanzanian porters – US.$150. Premium Package excludes: Yellow Fever certificate. Lunches, drinks, items of a personal nature. Visa fee. Any additional hotel nights needed. The training programme should be started at least 6 weeks before departure.
